CVE-2026-7875
•
published on May 6, 2026
NanoClaw version 1.2.0 and prior contains a host/container filesystem boundary vulnerability in outbound attachment handling and outbox cleanup that allows a compromised or prompt-injected container to read files outside the intended outbox directory by supplying crafted messages_out.id and content.files values or creating symlinked outbox files. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to trigger host-side reads of arbitrary files and in some cases achieve recursive deletion of paths outside the intended cleanup target.

CVE-2026-7840
•
published on July 1, 2026
UltraVNC repeater through 1.8.2.2 contains a global buffer overflow in its embedded HTTP administration server. The functions wi_senderr() and wi_replyhdr() in repeater/webgui/webutils.c write the caller-supplied HTTP request URI into a fixed 1000-byte global buffer (hdrbuf) via unchecked sprintf calls. The HTTP receive buffer accepts URIs up to approximately 150 KB (WI_RXBUFSIZE = 153600), so an unauthenticated attacker who can reach the repeater HTTP port (default TCP 80) can overflow hdrbuf by at least 500 bytes with a single HTTP request containing a URI of 1500 bytes or longer, corrupting adjacent .bss-segment globals. The overflow occurs before any authentication check, making it reachable without credentials. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can achieve arbitrary code execution on the host running the repeater.

CVE-2026-7839
•
published on July 1, 2026
UltraVNC repeater through 1.8.2.2 initializes the HTTP administration server with a hardcoded default password. In repeater/webgui/settings.c:197, when settings2.txt is absent on first run the repeater writes the literal string "adminadmi2" as the admin password via strcpy_s(saved_password, 64, "adminadmi2"). The HTTP Basic-auth handler wi_decode_auth() checks this password without rate-limiting or lockout. Any remote attacker who can reach the repeater HTTP port (default TCP 80) can authenticate as administrator using the well-known default credential on a fresh or unmodified installation, gaining full control of the repeater configuration including allow/deny rules and session visibility.

CVE-2026-7838
•
published on July 1, 2026
UltraVNC viewer through 1.8.2.2 contains an integer overflow leading to a heap buffer overflow in the RFB protocol failure-response parsing path. In vncviewer/ClientConnection.cpp, the 4-byte network-supplied reasonLen field (type CARD32) is passed as reasonLen+1 to CheckBufferSize(). Because both operands are unsigned 32-bit, a reasonLen of 0xFFFFFFFF overflows to 0, causing CheckBufferSize to allocate only 256 bytes. The subsequent ReadString(m_netbuf, reasonLen) call then performs ReadExact for the original 4 GiB length into that 256-byte heap buffer. This overflow is reachable via rfbConnFailed (auth-scheme negotiation) and rfbVncAuthFailed (post-handshake) message types without successful authentication. A malicious VNC server, or any man-in-the-middle on the RFB stream, can trigger this condition when the victim viewer connects, potentially resulting in remote code execution as the user running the viewer. The crash was confirmed with AddressSanitizer on a portable reproduction harness (heap-buffer-overflow WRITE at offset 256).

CVE-2026-7830
•
published on July 1, 2026
UltraVNC through 1.8.2.2 uses inadequate cryptography in the MS-Logon II authentication scheme (rfbUltraVNC_MsLogonIIAuth). In rfb/dh.cpp the Diffie-Hellman key exchange is performed with parameters that fit in an unsigned 64-bit integer (DH_MAX_BITS controls the prime size). A 64-bit DH key can be broken by Pollard's rho algorithm in under one second on current hardware. Additionally, the private exponent is generated by the rng() function, which multiplies three libc rand() values seeded from time(NULL). With approximately 31 bits of internal state and a time-based seed, the private exponent is recoverable in under a minute by a passive observer. A network attacker who can observe the MS-Logon II handshake (via sniffing, recording, or man-in-the-middle) can derive the shared DH key and decrypt the encapsulated username and password, resulting in full credential disclosure. This affects legacy MS-Logon II connections; MS-Logon III (X25519 + AES-256-GCM) is unaffected.

CVE-2026-7818
•
published on May 11, 2026
Deserialization of untrusted data (CWE-502) in pgAdmin 4 FileBackedSessionManager.
The session manager performed unsafe deserialization of session-file contents (using Python's standard object-serialization module) before performing any HMAC integrity check. Any file dropped into the sessions directory was deserialized unconditionally. An authenticated user with write access to the sessions directory (whether by misconfiguration or in combination with another path-traversal flaw) could plant a crafted serialized payload to achieve operating-system level remote code execution under the pgAdmin process identity.
Fix prepends a 64-byte hex SHA-256 HMAC over the session body, computed with SECRET_KEY, and verifies it via hmac.compare_digest before any deserialization. The check is raised (rather than asserted) on empty SECRET_KEY so it is not stripped under -O.
This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.15.

CVE-2026-7817
•
published on May 11, 2026
Local file inclusion (LFI) and server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerabilities in pgAdmin 4 LLM API configuration endpoints.
User-supplied api_key_file and api_url preferences were passed to the LLM provider clients without validation. An authenticated user could read arbitrary server-side files by pointing api_key_file at any path readable by the pgAdmin process, or coerce pgAdmin into making requests to internal targets (e.g. cloud metadata services such as 169.254.169.254) by setting api_url, exploiting the chat path and model-list endpoints.
Fix restricts api_key_file to the user's private storage (server mode) or home directory (desktop mode), enforces a printable-ASCII key shape and a 1024-byte read cap, and gates api_url against a configurable allow-list (config.ALLOWED_LLM_API_URLS) at every entry point.
This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.15.

CVE-2026-7813
•
published on May 11, 2026
Authorization vulnerability in pgAdmin 4 server mode affecting Server Groups, Servers, Shared Servers, Background Processes, and Debugger modules.
Multiple endpoints fetched user-owned objects without filtering by the requesting user's identity. An authenticated user could access another user's private servers, server groups, background processes, and debugger function arguments by guessing object IDs.
Additionally, the Shared Servers feature contained multiple issues including credential leakage (passexec_cmd, passfile, SSL keys), privilege escalation via writable passexec_cmd (a shell command executed when establishing the connection) allowing arbitrary command execution in the owner's process context, and owner-data corruption via SQLAlchemy session mutations. Several owner-only fields (passexec_cmd, passexec_expiration, db_res, db_res_type) were writable by non-owners through the API, and additional fields (kerberos_conn, tags, post_connection_sql) lacked per-user persistence so non-owner edits mutated the owner's record.
Fix centralises access control via a new server_access module, scopes all user-owned models with a UserScopedMixin, returns HTTP 410 from connection_manager when access is denied in server mode, suppresses owner-only fields for non-owners across the merge / API response / ServerManager paths, and adds an explicit owner-only write guard. The remediation landed in two pull requests; both are referenced.
This issue affects pgAdmin 4: before 9.15.

CVE-2026-7792
•
published on June 6, 2026
The WPForms – Easy Form Builder for WordPress – Contact Forms, Payment Forms, Surveys, & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insufficient Verification of Data Authenticity in versions up to and including 1.10.0.1. This is due to the PayPal Commerce webhook endpoint processing unauthenticated JSON webhook payloads without verifying that the request originated from PayPal using the required HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature, and only checking whether the supplied event_type is whitelisted before dispatching the attacker-controlled resource data to handlers that update payment records. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers who know a valid PayPal subscription_id to forge PayPal webhook events and modify subscription payment records, such as reactivating a cancelled or suspended subscription by setting its subscription_status to active.

CVE-2026-7790
•
published on May 11, 2026
Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in ninenines cowlib (cow_http_te module) allows Excessive Allocation.
The chunked transfer-encoding parser in cow_http_te accepts an unbounded number of hex digits in the chunk-size field. Each digit causes a bignum multiplication (Len * 16 + digit), so parsing N hex digits requires O(N²) CPU work and O(N) memory. Additionally, when input is drip-fed, the parser discards the accumulated length on each partial read and restarts from zero on resumption, raising the cost to O(N³). An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending an HTTP/1.1 request with Transfer-Encoding: chunked and a very long chunk-size hex string to cause denial of service through CPU exhaustion and memory amplification.
This vulnerability is associated with program file src/cow_http_te.erl and program routines cow_http_te:stream_chunked/2, cow_http_te:chunked_len/4.
This issue affects cowlib: from 0.6.0 before 2.16.1.
